PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated coil component, having a structure where insulating breakdown voltage between coils can be improved, without enlarging the height size of a component and having a structure with is less deterioration of the coupling amount of the coils, and to provide a manufacturing method of the component. SOLUTION: A laminated transformer 1 is provided with a magnetic object sheet 2, where coil conductors 3 to 11 are arranged on a surface and a magnetic object sheet 2 where glass insulating layers 16 to 19 are disposed on the surface. The magnetic object sheet 2 is formed of Ni-Zn ferrite and Ni-Zn-Cu ferrite, for example. The glass insulating layers 16 to 19 are formed of Si-based, an Si-B-based, an Si-Al-based and an Si-Zn-based glass paste, and it contains at least one type of Ca, Sr, Ba and Mg. The glass insulating layers 16 to 19 have pattern widths, equal to or larger of the conductor widths of the coil conductors 3 to 11, and have annular patterns in shapes which are almost the same as those of the coil conductors 3 to 11.
