PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle which can perform a proper air-conditioning control being suitable for the thermal feeling of a passenger. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner for the vehicle is equipped with a room temperature sensor 26, a reflective temperature sensor 27, an apparel surface temperature sensor 28, an air-conditioning unit 2, and a controlling device 24 which controls the air-conditioning unit from a cabin temperature, a reflective temperature in the cabin, and an apparel surface temperature. The controlling device assumes the outside air temperature from the cabin temperature and the reflective temperature in the cabin, and controls the air-conditioning unit in such a manner that the apparel surface temperature which the passenger feels comfortable under the outside air temperature may become a target apparel surface temperature.
