PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make search words whose input frequency is presumed to increase in the near future in the high order of ranking although they used to hardly appear in the high order of ranking in a conventional search word ranking method. SOLUTION: The weighting of words is executed based on not only the conventional input frequency of words in a fixed period but also the appearance period of words so that the ranking evaluation values of the words which have more newly appeared than words keeping appearing in a long time can be increased(that is, those words can be ranked in a higher order). Furthermore, the weighting is executed so that search words whose input frequency is likely to increase lately, that is, search words which are presumed to get into the topics in the new future can be given higher ranking evaluation values.
