PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting glass tile capable of emitting light even in the utter darkness after external stimulus by sunlight and an electric light stops. SOLUTION: Epoxy resin "Epotite NH-903E" (R) of 0.44 g and "Epotite NH-903HS" of 0.22 g are mixed, and light accumulating aggregate "20EZS-13G" (R) produced by Easy Bright Company of 13.2 g is charged and mixed to produce a mixture I, which is sprayed on a bottom face of a mold having size of 250 mm×250 mm×15 mm (cavity:937.5 cm<SP>3</SP>) on which mold releasing agent is applied. Next, epoxy resin "Epotite NH-903E" (R) of 44 g and "Epotite NH-903HS" of 22 g are mixed, and "glabeads white"(R) of 1,320 g is charged, stirred, and mixed to produce a mixture II, which is charged on the mixture I sprayed on the bottom face of the mold.
