摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a membrane electrode complex increasing porosity of a catalyst electrode layer for effectively contributing to increase in power generation efficiency and preventing deterioration of other members such as a catalyst. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a membrane electrode complex for a fuel cell comprises: a coating solution preparation process preparing a catalyst electrode layer forming coating solution having at least a solid electrolyte membrane material, a first solvent for dispersing the solid electrolyte membrane material, and a vacancy forming polymer having affinity to the solid electrolyte membrane material, insoluble in the first solvent and soluble in a second solvent; a catalyst electrode layer forming process for forming a catalyst electrode layer on each surface of the solid electrolyte membrane with the catalyst electrode layer forming coating solution; and a vacancy forming process for forming vacancies in the catalyst electrode layer by removing the vacancy forming polymer by making contact the catalyst electrode layer formed in the catalyst electrode layer forming process with the second solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
