MOVABLE VANE PUMP DEVICE AND ITS OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable vane pump device having bearings not requiring a lubricating water supply mechanism requiring high equipment cost. SOLUTION: A movable vane impeller 28 pivotally supported on a hollow drive shaft 24 so that a blade angle can be changed is stored in a pump casing. A plurality of movable vane pumps having a blade angle operating mechanism operating the blade angle by an operating shaft 25 inserted into the drive shaft 24 are connected onto a same shaft. The movable vane impeller 28 is rotated by a power transmission mechanism in association with the drive shaft 24. The drive shaft 24 is supported on the pump casing 21 through waterless bearings 32.
