PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer tape and a leader tape which stand treatment up to 170°C, and are prevented from adhesion of dust by antistatic treatment wherein an antistatic agent is strongly adhered and therefore not separated even if it is rubbed. SOLUTION: A spacer tape and a leader tape comprise a sheet-like base having a layer containing at least one of polypyrrole and polythiophene, which has been deposited by a vapor phase polymerization method on at least one surface of a plastic sheet having a glass transition temperature of 180°C or more.
