PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set various setting information flexibly and efficiently.

SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a plurality of communication terminals belonging to a predetermined network; and a file provisioning server which provides set information file which contains various kinds of setting information relevant to the network function of the communication terminal for the communication terminal when the request message arrives from the communication terminal. The file provisioning server accumulates a group setting information file including the setting information common to the communication terminal in the group, and an inherent setting information file including the setting information intrinsic for each communication terminal when the group is set among the plurality of the communication terminals; and provides the group setting information file or the intrinsic setting information file in response to the request message arrived from each communication terminal.
