PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain variations in dimensions when connecting the terminals of a header tank by a bending tube in a heat exchanger having a polyhedron structure. SOLUTION: In the heat exchanger, a plurality of heat exchanger bodies 11, 12, 13 comprising a core section 15 composed flatly by alternately arranging a tube 14 and a fin 16, and a pair of header tanks 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, 13a, 13b that are arranged along the arrangement direction of a tube at both the ends of the core section, and allows an inner refrigerant flow passage to communicate with the inside of each tube by joining the end section of each tube are combined in a U shape for arrangement, and the end sections of the header tank of the adjacent heat exchanger body are allowed to communicate and are connected by the bending tube 25 for integration. In the heat exchanger, the sidewall of the header tank positioned inside the bending section is composed of a common wall panel 110 between adjacent heat exchanger bodies.
