<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one display device to cope with two kinds of displays such as full-color moving picture display and gray shades displaying low in power consumption and also attain the high integration of display pixels. SOLUTION: In this display device, two display circuits realizing an analog display mode and a digital display mode are arranged adjacently to each other in one display pixel 200 and the two modes are made selectable by circuit selecting circuits 40, 43. Moreover, a bias voltage Vsc to be supplied by an auxiliary capacitance line 81 and a signal A are made in common. The auxiliary capacitance line 81 is branched and connected to the drain of the TFT 122 of a signal selecting circuit 120, and a signal line 82 for supplying the signal A is eliminated.</p> |
