PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin paste for decorative sheets exhibiting coating viscosity produceable in present coating facility without using a diluent containing a component having high volatility or a secondary plasticizer and having a good coating property and capable of becoming a material for products (decorative sheets such as wall paper) having excellent coated surface and having little release of a volatile organic compound. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based resin paste is composed of a vinyl chloride-based resin, a viscosity-reducing agent and a plasticizer and the viscosity-reducing agent has a content of 5-35 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. vinyl chloride-based resin and has≥280°C boiling point and≥17 carbon numbers. The vinyl chloride-based resin has particle diameter distribution of 2-4 peaks in particle size distribution having 0.1-20μm average primary particle diameter. The inorganic filler is a single material or a mixture selected from calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, talc, silica, clay, calcium silicate and alumina, etc. and has 1,500-4,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g specific surface area.
