PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable write with less errors by controlling write current in a memory cell. SOLUTION: One embodiment includes a resistance change sensor. The resistance change sensor is equipped with a first input section connected with a first resistor (R1) and a second input section connected with a second resistor (R2).
