PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing equivalent integral covered blades for a turbine (10) having a plurality of blades (104) supported by a stator. SOLUTION: In this system, a first face which includes a plurality of blade airfoil parts and in which each of a plurality of cover parts (106) extends over tips (111) of the plurality of adjacent blades (104) among the tip portions of the adjacent blades (104) to form each part of the cover parts (106) for the adjacent blades (104) is formed. The cover parts (106) related to each of the adjacent blades (104) include opposing faces (118) of the adjacent cover parts (106) of the adjacent blades (104), and an overcover (110) is combined with a second face in the opposite side to the first face of each of the cover parts (106).
