<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card adapter for mounting a flash memory card with a flash memory interface and an IC card function incorporated, and improving the usability of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The memory card adapter 100 includes a memory card slot 101, and includes an antenna coils 102, 103 for a noncontact IC card and a connecting terminal of the antenna coil inside. Thereby, the connecting terminal to the antenna coil for the noncontact IC card can be connected to RF terminals 110a, 110b provided on a memory card 106.
