At least one of the elastomeric layers ( 40, 50 ) is bonded to the core ( 30 ) at a face ( 31, 33 ) where the core ( 30 ) has a plurality of indentations ( 32 ) or a plurality of raised humps ( 34 ). A preferred shoe ( 110 ) has raised lips ( 160, 164 ) and ridges ( 170 ) formed in its lower face ( 146 ). |
