PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure device capable of suppressing degradation in image quality which is caused by correction of optical distortion. SOLUTION: The optical distortion contained in the digital image data acquired by photographing through a lens 12 is corrected with a distortion correcting circuit 56. A correction factor (gain) is so set at a CPU21 that the correction amount increases as the correction amount of optical distortion becomes larger. The digital image data whose optical distortion has been corrected is corrected for contour using the correction factor set at the CPU21 in a contour correction circuit 58.
