PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction board which causes no difference in light and shade on an upper coating layer in each convex block and is finished to the highest quality. SOLUTION: As a preparation process, two raw boards 2 are prepared, and, as an under and upper paint layer forming process, an under paint layer 3 and an upper paint layer 4 are formed. As a removing process, the upper paint 40 of each convex block 21 is partially stuck to a removing roll 51 and partially removed before the upper paint layer 4 dries. In the removing process, part of the upper paint 40 of the convex block 21 is accumulated as an excessive paint 41 in the rear side gap 58 which the removing roll 51 forms together with the raw boards 2 in the direction D in which the raw boards 2 are carried in. When a joint groove 221 for discharging is carried to the position, at which the rear side gap 58 is formed, in the rear side of the removing roll 51, the excessive paint 41 is discharged into the joint groove 221 for discharging, and the removing roll 51 re-starts to remove by sticking the upper paint 40 of the convex block 21 carried in next under the condition that the excessive paint 41 is almost absent.
