<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramics laminate where abnormalities such as breakage, crack or the like are hard to occur even when an external force such as torsion and so on acts on the ceramics laminate mounted on a PWB by means of the PWB. <P>SOLUTION: The nearly square ceramics lamination 1 is formed by stacking a plurality of ceramics layers 2 having a circuit pattern 3 in a direction of thickness. In this case, a plurality of ceramics dielectrics 4 whose calcination contraction coefficient is different from that of the ceramics lamination 1 are arranged apart from each other on at least either of main surfaces of the ceramics lamination 1, so that deformation generating during calcination of the ceramics lamination 1 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
