PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole stimulating structure for footwear to be used as the sole or insole of footwear whose stimulation position on the sole varies as a user is walking or stamping. SOLUTION: A recess 1b for guiding a small spherical body is formed on a front layer 1a side of a last plate 1 to be compressed by the weight of the user applied when the user is walking, and the sole stimulating small spherical body 2 is movably set in the recess 1b.
