<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolytic liquid additive for secondary battery having sufficiently high boiling point, not evaporating at the use at high temperature, capable of securing sufficient safety of electrolytic liquid at an emergency of short circuit or the like, and is capable of giving an excellent low temperature property. <P>SOLUTION: This is an additive for non-aqueous electrolytic liquid of a secondary battery expressed by formula (I): (NPX<SB>2</SB>)<SB>n</SB>( wherein, X is a halogen element each independently and n is an integer of 3-15), made of a phosphagen compound containing at least two kinds of halogen elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
