摘要 PURPOSE:To optimize an oxide superconductive wire rod as a raw material of a superconductive magnet and so on since a critical current value can be heightened and a large electric current can be flowed by coating a single surface or both surfaces of a belt like sheath wire rod with a superconductor phase. CONSTITUTION:A single surface or both surfaces of a belt like sheath wire rod in which a superconductor phase is filled, is coated with a superconductor phase, and the superconductor phase filled in the sheath wire rod is brought into contact continuously or partially with the outside air in the lengthwise direction of the wire rod. For example, Bi powder, polyvinyl butyral and butanol are mixed together, so that slurry can be formed, and a dip coat of this slurry is carried out on the surface of a silver sheath tape wire rod, so that a wire rod (a thickness of the superconductor phase is 10mum respectively) can be formed. Next, after a laminate body is formed by sandwiching this wire rod by means of the silver sheath tape wire rod on which the dip coat is not carried out, partial melting and an annealing heat treatment are carried out on an oxide superconductor phase by means of a heat treatment. Thereby, since a critical current value (Jc) can be heightened and a large electric current can be flowed, an oxide superconductor wire rod can be optimized as a raw material of a superconductive magnet.
