<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive resin composition which exhibits a stable color adjusting function, especially, excellent Ne light absorbing function for a long term, to provide a color adjustment filter, and to provide a display having the color adjustment filter. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive resin composition having a color adjusting function comprises a porphyrin compound represented by formula (I) (wherein M is a pair of two hydrogen atoms, a divalent metallic atom, a monosubstituted trivalent metallic atom, a disubstituted tetravalent metallic atom, or an oxy metallic atom).
