PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a heatsink that is good in manufacturing workability can be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: After an aluminum oxide coating film 10 formed on at least either one of the mutual joint surfaces of a core 3 and a heat receiver 4 is peeled or broken by repeating the relative movement of the core 3 and the heat receiver 4, the core 3 and the heat receiver 4 are joined to each other in a heat transferable state. Since the core 3 and the heat receiver 4 can be joined to each other without adding any plating step to the step of joining the core 3 and the receiver 4 to each other, the manufacturing workability is improved.
