摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strain distribution measuring arrangement electrically detecting two-dimensional distribution of strain and vibration of printed circuit board. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes 13 for detecting electric signal generated by piezoelectric phenomenon are arranged on a piezoelectric material 12 formed on the printed circuit board 11 and a pair of electrodes 13 for detecting with an electrode scanning means 14 are combined in turn to select. The electric signal detected from the electrode 13 is amplified with an amplifier 15, and converted analog/digital with an A/D conversion means 16. A measuring means 17 measures the electric signal generated by A/D converted piezoelectric phenomenon as measured data of strain distribution or vibration distribution. Analysis decision means 18 analyzes and judges strain and vibration of the printed circuit board 11 based on the measured data obtained with the measuring means 17 and outputs the analysis decision results to an output means 20.
