<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier hardly breaking and improved in its durability. <P>SOLUTION: This humidifier 10A is provided with an inner case 11 having an inner case hole 11b, an outer case 12 having an outer case hole 12b and arranged concentrically on an outer side of the inner case 11, and a hollow yarn membrane bundle 13 for bundling a plurality of hollow yarn membranes having water permeability to humidify gas having low moisture content among two gases having different moisture content. It is provided with an off-gas pipe 16b (a first pipe) inserted into an inner side of the inner case 11 and connected, a rear cap main body 16a (a second pipe) connected so as to fit into an outer side of the outer case 12 externally and joined with the off-gas pipe 16b integrally, a first O ring 16d in a first connection part with the inner case 11 and the off-gas pipe 16b for increasing airtightness, and a second O ring 16c in a second connection part with the outer case 12 and the rear cap main body 16a for increasing airtightness.
