PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device having a simple mechanism and simple operation control, and capable of compacting the whole device. SOLUTION: This liquid dispensing device is equipped with a mechanism equipped with a plurality of tip nozzles, for sucking/discharging a solution in a reagent plate by the mounted tips; and a dispensing head having a moving mechanism moving freely in the Z-axis, X-axis or Y-axis direction.
