<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serum-free early embryo culture solution comprising a serum-free culture solution capable of eliminating inconvenient factors, such as infection with a virus, inhibition of normal embryogenesis, and overgrowth of an embryo, related to a culture medium of which the constitution is clarified and to which serum is added, having relatively simple constitution, capable of being easily handled, and capable of being produced at a reduced cost. <P>SOLUTION: This serum-free early embryo culture solution is given by adding hemicalcium lactate thereto as a substitute for calcium chloride contained in a culture solution SOF (synthetic oviduct fluid). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
