PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately confirm filling and blocking of a damaged part by visual inspection, without depending on an electrical detection means. SOLUTION: In a waste disposal site 10 equipped with a water leakage detection system 26, a plurality of hoses 30 for injecting a water stopping material 44 communicating with a water barrier sheet 18 laid inside the site, and hoses 32 paired therewith for injection confirmation are arranged with prescribed spaces, the water stopping material 44 is injected to damaged parts A of the water barrier sheet 18 through the injection hoses 30 near each leakage detection point, to confirm filling through discharge of the water stopping material 44 from the hoses 32.
