PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manually retractable vehicular outside mirror capable of reducing an outflow of lubricant at a sliding part of a positioning structure. SOLUTION: The sliding part of the positioning structure is composed of a notch part 66, a V groove part 36 and a pushing-up part 39, and coated with grease. These parts are arranged above an opposed face 15 on a mirror body part 10 side and an opposed face 45 on a fixed part 40 side in the direction of an axis 50 of a small diameter part 32, which means arranged inside the mirror body 10. Thereby, when a lot of water is poured on a vehicle at the time of car-washing, for example, and the water enters from a clearance between the opposed face 15 on the mirror body part 10 side and the opposed face 45 on the fixed part 40 side, the water can be restrained from reaching the notch part 66, the V groove part 36, and the pushing-up part 39.
