<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no agricultural material that can suppress the running cost, has the ability to decompose organic compounds, viruses, fungi, bacteria, or the like, and is friendly to environment, animals and plants, and can easily and safely be handled. <P>SOLUTION: Titanium dioxide is used as a main material for this agricultural material, whereby this material has the ability to decompose organic compounds, viruses, fungi, bacteria, and the like.
