PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a construction machine such as a hydraulic shovel for consumed power by adopting a photovoltaic power generating system using solar cells, and efficiently utilize energy by using the charge power at night. SOLUTION: A construction machine equipped with a lighting system and a communication system is mounted with the solar cells on predetermined outer surfaces of the construction machine, and the solar cells are connected to a battery and to the lighting system or communication system via a switch.
