PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability at opening/shutting and the durability when the user has repeated the opening/shutting operation.

SOLUTION: The flank 12b of a storage 12 includes a heart-shaped guide groove 16 and a pin 17 is attached between the projecting piece 13b of a cover 13 and the above guide groove 16 so that the tip 17b of the pin 17 may shift along the above guide groove 16, according to the opening/shutting action of the cover 13. Moreover, a spiral spring 15 is arranged between the cover 13 and the storage 12, and this spiral spring 15 always gives the cover 13 energizing force in a direction where the cover 15 concerned opens.
