PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device which has a high light-emitting extraction efficiency from an organic layer and has a high luminance. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence display device 1 comprises a substrate 10, a first electrode 20 provided on the substrate 10, an organic layer 30 provided on the first electrode 20, and a second electrode 40 which has a laminated structure of a metal layer 41 and a transparent layer 42 provided on the organic layer 30.
