SOLUTION: The receiving apparatus 2, selectively receiving a wireless signal with a frame constitution having an image signal period to receive an image signal and an intensity receiving period including the information for a received electric field intensity measurement using two or more antennas A1-An for receiving, is equipped with a distance table TB1 which keeps the distances between the disposed antennas A1-An for receiving and a selection controlling section C1 which measures the received electric field intensity of all the antennas A1-An for receiving, determines an antennas group by acquiring the antennas located near to the antenna having a high received electric field intensity from the distance table on the basis of the result of the measurement, measures the received electric field intensity of the antennas group, and selects the antenna having the highest received electric field intensity from the antennas A1-An for receiving as the image receiving antenna to receive the image signal.
