The device has a converter (ALIM) supplied with a dephasing condenser (CM) while the motor is fed with supply, for indirectly measuring amplitude of tension that limits the CM. The device measures the tension from the opening or closing time of a commanded interrupter (T). The interrupter is controlled by an output (Q) from a bistable trigger unit (RS) whose entries are coupled to exits of comparators (Co1,Co2).
