PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel capable of reducing the number of constituent parts and facilitating laying work. SOLUTION: In this floor heating panel constituted by combining a linear panel and a turn panel, the linear panel is constituted in such a way that a plurality of heat medium tube buried channels are provided at a fixed interval in parallel for each other, a plurality of long and small floor joists are arranged at a fixed interval in parallel with the heat medium tube buried channels, a slit is provided along the direction of length in a central part of a part nipped by the small floor joists, and width of both end parts in the direction of width is made a half of the part nipped by the small floor joists. The turn panel is constituted in such a way that heat medium tube buried channels curved by corresponding to the heat medium tube buried channels provided on the linear panel are provided, a slit is provided along the direction of length in a central part of a part nipped by the small floor joists, and width in both end parts in the direction of width is made a half of the part nipped by the small floor joists.
