<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection management system which can take into consideration secrecy maintenance of collected objects, and also provide a collection managing method and a collection management program. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a schedule information transmitting part 10 for transmitting schedule information of collecting bag collection; a collection information acquiring part 11 for acquiring collection information about a post and a collecting bag corresponding to collection schedule information from a collection terminal and storing the collection information in a collecting bag management database; a processing request receiving part 12 for receiving a collected processing request from a processing terminal; a weight change calculating part 13 for storing collected and unprocessed weight data included in the collected processing request in the collecting bag management database, and comparing weight data at the time of collection with the collected and unprocessed weight data to calculate a weight change value between the collection time and the time after collection and before processing; and a result transmitting part 14 for transmitting a determination result to the contact address of a customer when it is determined whether or not the weight change value exceeds a prescribed range and when the determination result at least exceeds the prescribed range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
