PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform periodic inspection of a system provided with the trunks of a plurality of sitting room master units in a short time under a state where the sitting room master units are connected. SOLUTION: At each joint of a controller 4 with the trunks of a plurality of sitting room master units 12, a receiving buffer 6 for temporarily storing a response command being transmitted from the sitting room master unit 2 is provided and the response command being transmitted from the sitting room master unit 2 connected with each sitting room unit trunk 12 is stored temporarily in the receiving buffer 6. Consequently, even if an inspection command is transmitted simultaneously to respective trunks 12 of the sitting room master units from a CPU 5, the response command from the sitting room master unit 2 is stored temporarily in the receiving buffer 6 and collision of receiving commands is eliminated.
