PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new torchon lace machine which can enhance the efficiency of a spindle runner movement, reduce noises and mechanical vibrations as much as possible, improve the transfer accuracy of the spindle runner, and enhance the total speed of rotor meters. SOLUTION: This torchon lace machine is characterized by disposing a gear mechanism capable of slowing down the uniform rotation movement of a motive shaft 16 just after the start of the driving shaft 16 and just before the stop of the driving shaft 16 and speeding up to the top speed between the motive shaft 16 and the driving shaft 14 connected to the motive shaft 16 to normally or reversibly rotate the rotor metals 1.
