FUEL PRODUCTION METHOD (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to producing multi-purpose water-fuel emulsions and can be used for reprocessing and using liquid and thickened hydrocarbon wastes. The inventive method for producing a fuel from petroleum residues and a hydrocarbonaceous component consists in heating said residues and hydrocarbonaceous component, in removing mechanical impurities therefrom and afterwards, in turbulently mixing them by distributing in the mixture at an uniformity ratio equal to or greater than 0.5. The difference between the mixing temperatures of the petroleum residue and the hydrocarbonaceous component is equal to or less than 10 DEG C. Said method also consists in homogenising the thus mixed product in a rotary-mechanical dispergator in such a way that the obtainable maximum particle size of the dispersed phase is equal to or less than 50 mkm at a mean size of 1-15 mkm, in adding water or a water-containing component under turbulent conditions and distributing said constituents in the mixture under the same conditions. The invention also relates to method for producing a fuel from distillate fractions boiling off at a temperature equal to or greater than 180 DEG C, said method being characterised in that a water and surface-active agent-containing component is introduced into a homogenised mixture.
