PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent destruction of the edge part of electrode pattern for terminal, and to evade concentration of electric fields to the edge part of the electrode pattern for the terminal. SOLUTION: An electric discharge suppressing pattern 37 of higher resistivity than that of the electrode pattern 30 for the terminal is installed between the electrode pattern 30 for the terminal and an insulation substrate 29. An insulation covered layer 36 is installed separated from the electrode pattern 30 for the terminal on the insulation substrate 29. The electric discharge suppressing pattern 37 covers the insulation substrate 29 not to expose the insulation substrate 29 in the region between the electrode pattern 30 for the terminal and the insulation film layer 36.
