COMPUTER SYSTEM AND FILE STORAGE/READ-OUT METHOD

When storing data (D1) spread on a memory (10) in a file storage unit (50), a user A assigns a meaningful user file name such as "sales book for April". A storage control unit (35) converts the "sales book for April" into a meaningless file name such as "RST123" for storage. The relationship between them is stored as the user A file name correspondence information in a correspondence information storage unit (80). A storage processing unit (30) stores the data (D1) with a file name of "RTS123". When the user A requires presentation of a list of file names in storage from a file name presentation unit(60), a presentation control unit (65) performs reverse conversion of the file names according to the file name correspondence information and the meaningful file name "sales book for April" is presented. However, the meaningless file name "RTS123" is presented to the other users. Thus, it is possible to assure security of the file name and prevent analogical inference of the file content.
