<p>A paper treating device, wherein an opening/closing fence (9) is fitted to the tip of a puncher (1) on the downstream side of a paper table (5). A jog roller (12) with a torque limiter is disposed immediately before a punch unit (6). Paper fed to the paper table by a paper feed roller (3) is pressed against the opening/closing fence by the jog roller, held by right and left positioning plates, and accurately positioned. When punching treatment is performed by the punch unit, the opening/closing fence is opened, and the paper is discharged by the jog roller and discharging rollers (4).</p> |
