Low viscosity O/W- Emulsion

Cosmetic or dermatological oil-in-water emulsion with a viscosity of 10-1500 mPas comprises 0.01-1.5 wt.% of a combination of an emulsifier and stabilizer, where the emulsifier is glyceryl stearyl citrate, polyglycerol methylglucoside distearate or triceteareth-4 phosphate and the stabilizer is a homo- or copolymer of acrylic acid or a derivative thereof. The emulsion is free of fatty alcohols with a chain length of 12-20 carbon atoms. An independent claim is also included for a textile impregnated with the emulsion.
