METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PREPARING FEED WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of scale by increasing the solubility of a solute such as a hard component in feed water which is supplied to a water using apparatus or facility through a water pipeline and restraining the hard component drastically from being deposited in the water pipeline or water routes of the apparatus or facility. SOLUTION: The solubility of the hard component is increased by imparting energy such as electrical energy to raw water to be used for preparing feed water and subjecting the raw water to decarboxylation treatment. As a result, the deposition of the hard component can be restrained drastically even when the concentration of the hard component in feed water becomes higher and the solubility of the hard component becomes lower according to an environmental variation.
