PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall structure of a fireproof sound insulating partition wall, etc. of a reinforced concrete building, for example, which has excellent soundproof performance and workability, and is constructed at low cost. SOLUTION: In the partition wall structure mainly comprising a plate member 3 and a strut 1, a hard sheet 4 and a soft sheet 5 are interposed between the strut 1 and the plate member 3. When the plate members 3 are provided on both sides of the strut 1, it is preferable that the hard sheet 4 is interposed between one of the plate members 3 and the strut 1, and the soft sheet 5 is interposed between the other plate member 3 and the strut 1, respectively.
