PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition capable of improving dehydration efficiency of a fiber product. SOLUTION: The dehydration efficiency-improving agent composition for fiber products comprises (a) a tertiary amine represented by general formula (I) (wherein G is hydrogen or 9-21C straight-chain or branched hydrocarbon group; Y is hydrogen, CH<SB>3</SB>, CH<SB>2</SB>CH<SB>3</SB>or (CH<SB>2</SB>)n-X-G; n is an integer of 2-4; X is NH-CO, NH, COO, OCO or O) or its salt or a quaternary product thereof or a mixture thereof, (b) a polymer compound containing Si in the molecule and (c) a nonionic surfactant having one 10-18C alkyl or alkenyl chain and having 5-23 HLB obtained by a formula of Davis and contains the component (a) and the component (b) in a mass ratio [(a)/(b)] of 0.1 to 30.
