PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully automate removal operation of impurities included in a sample extracted by means of an organic solvent without heating/concentrating the sample. SOLUTION: Solution treatment parts 2A to 2F for removing impurities included in the sample and condensing infinitesimal chemical substances, are each equipped with a condensation container C1for reduced-pressure distilling/condensing the sample while separating the chemical substances based on specific gravity difference by inletting a solvent liquid for dissolving the chemical substances and a non-solvent liquid for dissolving the impurities without dissolving the substances, a pressure reduction joint 15 for keeping the interior of the container C1in a reduced-pressure state, a solvent liquid handler 8 for inserting a needle nozzle 7 into the container C1to perform letting-in of the solvent liquid and sucking-in/letting-out of a solution, and a non-solvent liquid handler 10 for inserting a needle nozzle 9 into the container C1to perform letting-in of the non-solvent liquid and sucking-in/letting-out of a waste liquid.
