PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for fiber products capable of reducing water content of a fiber product after dehydration and preventing static charge. SOLUTION: The dehydration efficiency-improving agent composition for fiber products or the fiber product-treating agent composition comprises (a) at least one kind of cationic surfactant having at least one 6-26C saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group, (b) a silicone and (c) a nonionic compound represented by the general formula (1): R-O-(AO)n-H (wherein R is 6-22C branched alkyl or alkenyl group; A is 2-4C straight-chain or branched alkyl group; n is 0-4) and contains the component (a) and the component (b) in a mass ratio of (1:9) to (7:3).
