PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer circuit board device which is composed of a circuit board having several layered boards and has conductive patterns constituting circuits exhibiting desired frequency characteristics formed on the several boards, and whose frequency characteristics is easily adjustable, and also to provide a method for adjusting its frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: The multilayer circuit board device (1) is composed of the circuit board (11) having the several layered boards (11-1 to 11-6). The conductive patterns (21) are formed on the several boards (11-1 to 11-6) and the circuits (41) exhibiting desired frequency characteristics are composed of the conductive patterns (21). The device includes several elements (L1, L2 and L3) which are mounted on the circuit board (11) and has an adjustment circuit (31) by which the several elements (L1, L2 and L2) can be selectively connected with the circuits (41) so that the circuits (41) may exhibit desired frequency characteristics.
